Tax Packages

All tax packages are billed at the start of the engagement. They also include ongoing tax advisory services for the term of the engagement. A proposal and an engagement letter will be provided after an initial needs assessment. This assessment will be billed at the firms prevailing hourly rate.

Employee (1040)

Preparation and filing of form 1040 for individual and spouse.

Sole Proprietor (1040 with Sch. C)

Preparation and filing of form 1040 with Schedule C and supporting schedules for sole proprietorship or single member LLC.

Partnership (1065)

Includes preparation and filing of form 1065 with supporting schedules and K-1 package for partners or LLC members.

S-Corp (1120-S)

Includes preparation and filing of form 1120-S with supporting schedules and K-1 package for shareholders.

C-Corp (1120)

Includes preparation and filing of form 1120 with supporting schedules and quarterly tax provision journal entries.

Liability Estimate

For those requiring an extension to file, an estimate of payment required to avoid failure-to-pay penalties and interest.

All specialty business services are priced based on project scope. A proposal will be provided after adequate consultation and scoping discussions. These discussions are billed hourly at the firms prevailing hourly rate.

Support in developing an annual budget & three-statement financial model with forward looking projections. Monthly, quarterly or annual update and review frequency.
